About the RoleWe are seeking a reliable and motivated Trade Assistant to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, has a strong work ethic, and wants to develop their skills within a energetic trade environment.
As a Trade Assistant, you will support qualified tradespeople with day-to-day operations, assist with installations, maintenance and repairs, prepare materials and tools, and help ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Assist tradespeople with installation, maintenance, repair, and construction tasks.
Prepare, transport, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
Perform general labouring and site support duties.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Load and unload materials and equipment.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures at all times.
Assist with stock control and inventory management.
Complete basic maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines.
Skills & ExperienceEssential Requirements
Previous experience as a Trade Assistant, Labourer, or similar role.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
Strong commitment to workplace safety.




Physically fit and capable of manual handling tasks.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
3 Months trial Period.
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
Current driver's licence and reliable transport.
Full working rights in Australia.
Desirable Qualifications
White Card.
First Aid Certificate.
Experience in Plumbing, construction, manufacturing, maintenance, electrical, mechanical, or HVAC industries.
