The opportunityCommencing in January ****, Radford College has a range of full-time opportunities available within the Junior School, including both permanent and fixed-term appointments.

Classroom Teacher (Pre-Kindergarten to Kindergarten)

About you
A successful candidate at Radford College, will be an energetic educator who is motivated by thinking differently about teaching and learning and who is driven by the creation of engaging and dynamic learning experiences for our students.
Candidates must:
· Collaborate as a member of a team providing a vibrant, dynamic,
cutting-edge, and balanced educational program for our children in accordance with the International Baccalaureate's Primary Years Programme
· Provide a warm, supportive, nurturing, safe and stimulating environment for our children
· Demonstrate a passion for both teaching and pursuing innovative thinking
· Be energetic, enthusiastic and demonstrate a willingness to grow through the sharing of best practice and professional experience
· Possess excellent communications skills both written and verbal, as well as excellent time management skills
· Participate in pastoral and co-curricular programs, including student wellbeing initiatives, school camps and excursions
· Commit to the safeguarding and promotion of student welfare
· For roles in the Early Learning Centre, completion of the mandatory National Child Safety Training through the Australian Government's Geccko platform, or a willingness to complete the training prior to, or shortly after, commencement.

Qualifications
· Teaching qualification recognised by the ACT Education Directorate
· Maintain registration as a teacher with the Teacher Quality Institute, including WWVP
· Current First Aid Certificate
