Patient Experience & Complaints Officer
Pindara Private Hospital
Permanent Part-Time | 0.6 FTE | 48 hours per fortnight
Are you an experienced Registered Nurse looking to make a difference beyond the bedside?
Bring your clinical expertise, communication skills and passion for patient-centred care to our Patient Experience & Complaints Officer role.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for coordinating, investigating, and resolving moderate to serious complaints in a timely, professional, and patient-centred manner.
Working collaboratively with clinical and non-clinical teams, you will support effective complaint resolution, identify opportunities for service improvement, monitor trends and risks, and contribute to the development and implementation of processes that enhance patient experience, quality of care, and organisational performance.
Remuneration: A base hourly rate of $***** - $***** + superannuation, exclusive of penalties and allowances (*QLD RN/Midwife Level ********)

About You
You are an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centred care and ensuring every patient feels heard, respected and supported.




Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
Minimum 5 years' clinical experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal, conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
A genuine commitment to patient-centred care
The ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
A collaborative approach and the confidence to work with people at all levels
Experience in complaints management, quality improvement, risk or patient experience will be highly regarded, but is not essential
