Sales & Business Development Coordinator

ECM Developments is seeking a motivated and personable Sales & Business Development team member to join on a part-time or adaptable basis. This is a flexible role with opportunities to work across different areas of the business depending on your experience, network and interests.
n
Depending on your experience, network and interests, you may focus on one or more of the following areas:
n
n
Assisting with open homes, buyer enquiries, follow-ups and the sale of ECM's property projects
n
Introducing potential clients who require architectural design, CDC/DA approvals, renovations, extensions, granny flats or commercial design services
n
Helping develop new clients and sales opportunities for the growing prefab building business
n
n
Key responsibilities
n
Following up existing enquiries and potential clients
n
Building relationships with property owners, investors, developers, agents and industry contacts
n
Identifying new business and partnership opportunities
n
You do not need experience in all of these areas.
n
We are happy for the right person to focus on the area that best suits their experience and network.
n
An existing network within the property or construction industry would be an advantage.

About You
n
This role may suit someone with experience in:
n
n
Real estate or property sales;
n
Property or construction;
n
Building products or services;
n
Prefab or modular construction.
n
n
More importantly, we are looking for someone who is:
n
n
Confident speaking with clients;
n
Good at building relationships and following up opportunities;
n
Self-motivated and commercially minded;
n
Comfortable working independently;
n
Interested in property, design and development.
n
n
Flexible Working Arrangement
n
We are open to different arrangements for the right person.

This could be:
n
n
Part-time;
n
Flexible hours;
n
A combination of office, site/open home and remote work;
n
Commission and performance incentives depending on the type of work and experience.

This could particularly suit someone already working within the property industry who is looking for additional opportunities and flexibility.
