We are looking for an experienced Motor Mechanic to join our growing team.

Salary: $79,500 – $90,000 per annum + superannuation, depending on skills and experience

About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Carrying out scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance
Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and electrical faults
Servicing and repairing a wide range of light vehicles
Inspecting engines, transmissions, brakes, steering and suspension systems
Using diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve faults
Replacing and repairing mechanical components
Carrying out road tests and post-repair inspections
Following manufacturer specifications and repair procedures




Maintaining accurate service and repair records
Keeping the workshop clean, safe and organised
Working closely with the workshop team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently
Providing high-quality workmanship and professional customer service
About You
The successful candidate will have:
Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent qualification
Demonstrated experience as a qualified Light Vehicle Mechanic
Strong mechanical diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Experience working on a variety of light vehicles
Ability to use automotive diagnostic scan tools and workshop equipment
Current driver's licence
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, motivated and professional attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
Commitment to workplace safety and high-quality workmanship
