About the Opportunity
n
Keecore Pty Ltd is seeking a hands-on IT Infrastructure Support Officer for an initial 6-month contract with one of our established clients on Sydney's Lower North Shore.
n
We are looking for a capable IT generalist with a positive attitude, strong team spirit and a willingness to help across the wider technology setting.
n
This is not a narrowly defined service desk position. You will work alongside an internal IT team, assisting users, troubleshooting technical problems and supporting day-to-day infrastructure and technology operations.
n
What You'll Be Doing
n
n
Providing L1/L2 technical support to users
n
Troubleshooting Windows, hardware, software and connectivity issues
n
Supporting desktops, laptops, peripherals and business applications
n
Assisting with Microsoft 365 and general Microsoft technology issues
n
Supporting user accounts, access and permissions
n
Deploying and configuring end-user equipment
n
Managing incidents and service requests through to resolution
n
Assisting the wider IT team with infrastructure and operational activities
n
Supporting upgrades, technology changes and project activities
n
Maintaining accurate technical documentation and support records
n
Working collaboratively and assisting across the team when required
n

What We're Looking For
n
You will ideally have:
n
n




Previous experience in IT support, desktop support, service desk or infrastructure support
n
Strong Windows troubleshooting skills
n
Experience supporting users in a business environment
n
A good understanding of Microsoft 365 and common Microsoft technologies
n
General knowledge of networking, endpoints, user accounts and IT infrastructure
n
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
n
Good communication and customer service skills
n
A practical and positive approach to your work
n
A genuine team mentality and willingness to help others
n
Australian working rights
n
n
Exposure to technologies such as Microsoft 365, Intune, Active Directory/Entra ID, networking or infrastructure administration will be highly regarded.
