We're opening a brand-new site in Hemmant and looking for an experienced production cleaner who's ready to step up and build their own team. This isn't just a cleaning job — it's an opportunity to shape a crew from the ground up and lead it.

What you'll be doing

Leading a small production cleaning team (you plus 1–2 others), working alongside them as their team leader
n
Recruiting, training, and managing your team
n
Setting and enforcing hygiene and safety standards in line with food industry requirements
n




Working closely with site management to ensure the facility meets cleanliness and compliance benchmarks
n

What you'll bring

Experience in production or food-safety cleaning — butcher shop, meat processing, supermarket meat department, or factory cleaning backgrounds all valued
n
An understanding of production-grade clean: sanitation standards, food safety protocols, and audit-level attention to detail
n
Leadership potential — reliable, hands-on, and ready to set the standard as a working team leader for a small crew (1–2 people) you help build
n
Availability for afternoon/evening shifts (approx. 2pm–9pm)
n
Full-time permanent role — no contracting, all the security of being a core team member
