Responsibilities
n
You will bring strong technical capability and a natural ability to build relationships, ensuring safe, compliant and commercially successful project delivery. Core responsibilities include:

Construction programming, staging and methodology development
n




Ensuring compliance with legislation, standards and project specifications
n
Managing team performance across productivity, cost, quality and culture
n
Leading monthly financial reviews, forecasting and margin management
n
Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
n
Maintaining a secure, well‐managed project environment
n
n
What You Bring
n
The ideal candidate will be a self‐starter with strong civil delivery experience and a collaborative leadership style.
n
n
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
n
10+ years' civil construction experience, including 2+ years in project management
n
Background in earthworks, drainage, roads, community infrastructure
n
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation capability and stakeholder engagement
n
Experience developing and reviewing subcontractor work packages
n
A mix of project delivery and estimating experience is highly regarded
n
