L3 Network Engineer - Unified Communications Experience

We're partnering with an established organisation to find an experienced L3 Network Engineer with strong networking fundamentals and exposure to Voice / Unified Communications (UC) environments.
n
This is a hands‐on technical role suited to someone who enjoys troubleshooting complex network issues while also working across modern voice and collaboration technologies.
n
What you'll be doing:
n
n
Configure, support and troubleshoot enterprise network and voice environments
n
Deploy and configure Unified Communications and cloud‐based voice solutions
n
Troubleshoot VoIP, connectivity and network performance issues at an L3 level
n
Configure networking to support voice services, including routing, switching, VLANs and QoS
n
Support customer implementations, upgrades and technical issues
n
Work predominantly from an Adelaide‐based office, with occasional customer site visits as required
n
n




What we're looking for:
n
n
Strong experience as a Network Engineer, ideally at L3 level
n
Solid routing, switching and network troubleshooting skills
n
Experience supporting VoIP, IP Telephony or Unified Communications
n
Understanding of SIP, QoS, VLANs and voice networking
n
Exposure to platforms such as RingCentral or similar cloud telephony/UC solutions
n
Microsoft Teams / Teams Calling and Webex experience would be highly regarded
n
Strong troubleshooting and problem‐solving skills
n
Confident communication skills and the ability to work with customers and technical teams
n
n
Experience within an MSP,
telecommunications,
systems integrator or managed services environment would be particularly valuable.
n
