As a Chef / Cook, your daily responsibilities will include:
n

Assisting our team in maintaining an efficient and proactive kitchen operation across both venues
n
Ensuring all meals are of high quality and are prepared on time
n
Utilising a variety of fresh, frozen, and prepared ingredients to prepare, cook, and present a range of dishes according to a seasonal menu
n
Practicing effective stock rotation and wastage minimisation procedures
n
Assisting with menu changes when required
n
n
To be successful in the role, you will possess the following:
n
n
Previous experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen
n




Availability to work any hospitality hours
n
Ability to work well under a high-pressure environment
n
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
n
Applicants should have formal qualifications and at least 2years of relevant employment experience or, in the absence of formal qualifications, have at least 3 years of relevant employment experience.
