We are looking for a detail-oriented person to support our pre and post sales activities. Responsibilities include collating and processing customer data with the support of AI agents built for this purpose.It is a hands-on role which combines data administration, processing, analysis, reporting and general support for our Business Development Managers. Training will be provided (in Brisbane & Perth) on our internal systems and processes; however, applicants must be confident working with data, Excel spreadsheets and different software platforms.

About the role
n
This position combines data administration, reporting and business development support. Your responsibilities will include:
n
n
Entering, updating and validating consignment and customer data
n
Customer onboarding and training
n
Preparing data for recent-business analysis
n
Using Excel, business software and AI-assisted tools to process and analyse information
n
Reviewing system-generated outputs to identify errors, inconsistencies and unusual results
n
Maintaining accurate customer and opportunity records in our CRM
n
Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports
n
Providing reporting,



administrative and analytical support to our Business Development Managers
n
Assisting with continuous improvements to data quality, reporting and internal processes
n
n
About you
n
To succeed in this position, you will have:

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
n
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach
n
Confidence working with data
n
The ability to identify errors and question results that do not look correct
n
An understanding that AI-generated information must always be reviewed and validated
n
Strong organisational and time-management skills
n
The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly
n
Clear written and verbal communication skills
n
A helpful, proactive and team-focused attitude
n
