You'll run the front of the house, and because we're a small workshop, you'll also spend part of your day on the tools.

The role:

Take bookings and manage the workshop diary
n
Greet customers, quote work and write up job cards
n
Keep customers updated and handle invoicing and handover
n
Work with technicians and parts suppliers to keep jobs moving
n
Carry out basic servicing tasks including tyres, wheels, brake checks, batteries, and minor replacements
n

What we're looking for:

Service Advisor experience with solid mechanical ability, being comfortable doing a basic servicing
n
Good with customers and explicit when explaining technical work
n
Composure when three things need you at once
n
Current driver's licence
n
A trade qualification or European experience are both a plus, not a must
n
