About the Role
n
We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer with excellent customer service skills to join our Sydney (Castle Hill) team.
n
What You'll Do
n
Own Your Day: Shape your schedule around client engagements, project scoping, and the delivery of multiple concurrent projects
n
Lead with Expertise: Resolve complex technical challenges across diverse technologies while maintaining a personal, customer-first approach
n
Drive Innovation: Play a pivotal role in pre-sales, technical project management, and hands-on delivery for our Managed Services clients
n
Design & Deploy:



Architect and implement infrastructure solutions that make a real difference for our clients
n
Main Duties & Responsibilities
n
Working with relevant stakeholders to design solutions using the IT&C; product/service stack (Microsoft Cloud, Sophos, Datto, HPE, Aruba)
n
Build project plans, manage and deliver projects
n
Provide seamless project handovers and documentation to our BAU support team
n
L3 escalations from our BAU support team
n
Maintaining vendor certifications (e.g. Microsoft, Sophos, Datto - to name a few)
n
Required Skills/Experience
n
Minimum 3 years recent hands-on experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) managing and delivering projects
n
Proven experience migrating business systems to the Microsoft 365/Azure ecosystem
n
Proven experience migrating business systems to on-premise Windows servers
n
High-level understanding of Networking Technologies
(DHCP/DNS/LAN/VLAN/WLAN/WAN)
n
Experience managing office relocations and fit outs
n
Ability to communicate technical and non-technical concepts to an wide range of stakeholders
n
Experience with ConnectWise PSA/RMM preferred, or other PSA/RMM systems
n
Personal Attributes
n
A valid driver's license and your own roadworthy vehicle
n
Current Microsoft 365/Azure certifications - required
n
Exceptional communication and proven stakeholder management experience
n
Exceptional attention to detail, time management skills and robust project management discipline
n
Ability to work autonomously and within a team
n
Eager to continuously grow and improve technical skills
