Customer Service All-Rounder (Cake and Pie Shop)

We are currently hiring multiple Customer Service All-Rounders to join our team across our Oatley Village Pies and Patisserie New York stores in our Mortdale, Oatley, Caringbah, Revesby, Rosebery locations.
n
This is a hands-on role suited to people who enjoy a fast-paced environment, take pride in their work, and can consistently deliver outstanding customer service.
n
About the Role
n
You will be part of the front of house team attending to customers, helping run daily operations while maintaining high standards across both brands.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
n
Preparing and serving coffee and beverages
n
Providing friendly and efficient customer service
n
Serving pies, cakes, pastries, and related products
n
Opening and closing the store in line with procedures
n
Accepting deliveries, unpacking stock, and managing proper storage and stock rotation (FIFO)
n
Following daily operational checklists and SOPs
n
Handling orders (in-store, phone, and online pickups)
n
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of the store
n
Restocking and basic food handling
n
n




What We're Looking For
n

Experience in a café, bakery, or similar environment
n
Previous practical experience making coffee in a work setting
n
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow structured procedures
n
Strong attention to detail and presentation
n
Positive attitude and team-focused mindset
n
Ability to work independently when required
n
Flexible availability, including weekends
n
