The Club Hotel is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Supervisor to lead our evening operations. Whether you're already an experienced Supervisor or a senior hospitality professional ready to step up, this is your chance to grow your career in a supportive team with NO 4am finishes!

About Us

The Club Hotel has just undergone new renovation and is looking to build upon the team, open 7 days a week from 10am to midnight. With dining, gaming, entertainment, function room and TAB facilities, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment for our guests and staff alike.

The Role
n
As Supervisor, you'll play a key role in overseeing evening operations, ensuring smooth service, and inspiring our team to deliver outstanding guest experiences. You'll be hands-on, leading by example across all areas of the club hotel, and making sure every shift runs seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
n
n
Lead, train and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service.
n
Supervise daily operations across bar, gaming, dining and kitchen.
n
Jump in where needed,



from the floor to the kitchen, to ensure service flows.
n
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
n
Maintain compliance with licensing, gaming, WHS and food safety standards.
n
Cash handling, opening/closing procedures and reconciliations.
n
Ensure the The Club Hotel's presentation, safety and ambiance meet high standards.
n

About You
n
n
We're looking for an enthusiastic leader who thrives in a rapid-paced environment.
n
Experience in a similar role, or ready to step up into management.
n
Strong leadership skills and the confidence to guide a team.
n
A passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
n
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
n
RSA and RSG essential; RMLV is an advantage (or willingness to obtain).
n
Calm, professional and solutions-focused under pressure.
n
Available Monday–Sunday.
