Due to ongoing expansion, we are looking for an experienced, driven sales qualified to join the team at our Ballarat showroom.

About the ROLE
n
Working within a franchise sales team and reporting directly to the Sales Manager you will work to achieve monthly sales targets whilst offering an exceptional customer experience.
n
In this role, you will ;
n
n
Manage your leads and data records effectively throughout the selling cycle.
n
Engage and inspire customers, helping them navigate our range to find the right vehicles for their needs.
n
Collaborate with our passionate team, contributing to and celebrating shared successes.
n
Negotiate and close deals with finesse, ensuring every customer leaves delighted.
n
Manage all contracts and paperwork with accuracy and attention to detail.
n




Stay ahead of the curve with up-to-date knowledge on automotive trends and our range.
n
n
As a retail business all members of the sales team are expected to work 5 days per week including Saturday with a regular RDO Monday to Friday.
n

Themost important requirement for this role is a customer first attitude.

We are looking for an individual who can hit the ground running and very quickly achieve the volume required.

We are looking for a natural communicator who is interested in discovering their customers needs and always willing to go the extra mile.

As a new car sales role, this position has a monthly target attached. We are therefore seeking a driven individual who enjoys the personal and financial reward associated with achieving their goals.

strong customer-service mindset,

sales experience in any field (automotive an advantage but not necessary),
n
good organisation skills,
n
the adaptability to work across multiple software platforms,
n
ability to take initiative,
n
n
A full driver's license is required for this role.

Training will be provided, and you will receive support from the team at every stage.
