We're looking for passionate Line Cooks in the Dessert section to join our kitchen teams across Southbank, South Yarra and Hawthorn East, helping deliver the premium dining experience The Meat & Wine Co is known for.

1. 25 hours available in each venue. Open availability required.

What we are looking for

/n

1+ years of relevant kitchen experience in a busy, full-service A La Carte restaurant

/n

Previous experience in Dessert section

/n





Passion for quality food and premium hospitality

/n

Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume kitchen environment

/n

Solid communication and teamwork skills

/n

A Certificate III Commercial Cookery/Patisserie Qualification is highly regarded

/n

Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays

/n
