This role will be responsible for designing, developing, testing and integrating high-quality applications using modern Microsoft technologies, includingC#/.NET 8, SQL Server, Web API and Vue.js.

/n

You will work closely with technical teams, stakeholders and end users to deliver robust, scalable and secure solutions while contributing to a collaborative and delivery-focused environment. This role is a 12-month fixed term contract based in Darwin, NT.

What You'll Do

/n

/n

- Design, develop and maintain applications usingC# and .NET 8.

/n

- Develop modern web applications usingHTML, CSS, Java Script, Type Script and Vue.js.

/n

- Build and integrate Web APIs, REST services and web applications.

/n

- Work withSQL Server, SQL and database design.

/n

- Implement data access using ORM technologies such as Entity Framework or LINQ2DB.

/n

- Develop clean, maintainable and secure application code.

/n

- Performunit testing, integration testing and debugging.

/n

- Collaborate with technical teams, stakeholders and end users to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

/n

- Contribute to technical designs, database models, functional specifications and technical documentation.

/n





- Work with source control, issue tracking and CI/CD tools such as Bitbucket, Jira and Bamboo.

/n

- Support integrations involving REST APIs and messaging services.

/n

- Contribute to application architecture, security and deployment considerations.

/n

- Participate in development, integration and release activities.

/n

- Work effectively within a small, collaborative and multidisciplinary team.

/n/n

What You'll Bring

/n

/n

- Strong commercial experience developing applications usingC# and .NET, particularly.NET 8.

/n

- Extensive experience with Visual Studio, SQL Server and Visual Studio Code.

/n

- Strong web development skills acrossHTML, CSS, Java Script, Type Script and Vue.js.

/n

- Experience developingsingle-page applications (SPA).

/n

- Strong experience with Web API, REST and web application development, including IIS.

/n

- Hands-on experience with Entity Framework, LINQ2DB or similar ORM technologies.

/n

- Strong SQL and database development and design skills.

/n

- Experience with Atlassian tools, including Bitbucket, Jira and Bamboo.

/n

- Understanding ofapplication and system architectureacross presentation, business, service, data and database layers.

/n

- Understanding ofdependency injection,



unit testing and continuous integration.

/n

- Experience producing and working with technical documentation, database models, functional specifications and technical designs.

/n

- Understanding ofnetworking, security, infrastructure and application environments.

/n

- Experience with WPF/XAML, messaging services, OpenAPI specifications and database migration would be advantageous.

/n
