The Role
As Logistics Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations while leading and developing a team to achieve high service standards.

Your focus will be on:

- Coordinating day-to-day logistics and operational activities
- Ensuring service levels and delivery performance are consistently achieved
- Supervising, scheduling, and developing a team of staff
- Driving efficiency and improving operational processes
- Managing reporting, performance metrics, and operational outputs
- Acting as the key link between frontline operations and leadership

This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead from the front and be actively involved in the operation.

About you




You’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment and is ready to step up into a more structured leadership role.

You’ll bring:

- Proven experience in 3PL logistics, freight forwarding, or distribution operations – (essential)
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and manage a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
- Experience working in high-volume, time-critical environments
- A proactive mindset with a focus on improving processes and efficiency
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage across all levels
- Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
