The site operates large-scale open-cut mining activities and is supported by a strong focus on safety, operational excellence, environmental responsibility, and continuous improvement. With a substantial workforce of mining, maintenance, and technical professionals, the operation plays a significant role in the regional economy while maintaining efficient and sustainable coal production.

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced HR officer for a short term role near Blackwater. In this role you will work on a Monday to Friday roster and finish earlier on the Friday.

Key responsibilities:

End to end recruitment for wages workforce

Supporting day-to-day HR operations and admin processes

Assisting with payroll queries and time-sheeting

Maintaining HR systems and records

Preparing recruitment and HR reports

Skills and experience:

Strong administrative and organisational skills

High attention to detail and org





Ability to prioritise and work through a high volume of tasks

Proficient experience with Microsoft office and SuccessFactors software

CBM

Standard 11

Current drivers licence
