We are exclusively working on an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with financial services operations experience to step into a broader, strategic role. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing business improvement and transformation projects from start to finish. This includes technology projects, process improvements, and supporting company acquisitions (M&A;).

Your job is to make sure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and achieve the intended business outcomes.

- Running projects from start to completion
- Building project plans and timelines
- Coordinating meetings and stakeholders
- Keeping executives updated on progress
- Managing risks, issues and dependencies
- Supporting implementation of new systems and processes
- Helping teams adopt changes successfully
- Working on acquisition and integration projects

Skills & Experience

- Background in financial services or financial planning operations
- Experience in project, transformation or change delivery




- Robust stakeholder management and communication skills
- Knowledge of process improvement and technology projects
- Strong leadership, decision making, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different personalities
