With a strong focus on quality products, reliable service, and reliable customer support, they are seeking a motivated and reliable Office Administrator to join their busy Gnangara team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied administrative role, has strong attention to detail, and takes pride in providing professional customer service.
What you will be Doing
We are seeking a flexible and organised Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of the office. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering phones, responding to emails, entering customer orders, completing data entry, assisting with basic stock ordering, and providing general administrative support. This role will require someone who is comfortable working across a variety of tasks and can adapt to the changing needs of a busy office environment.
Duties include:
- Answering incoming phone calls and directing enquiries appropriately
- Responding to customer and internal emails in a professional and timely manner
- Completing accurate data entry and maintaining office records
- Entering customer orders accurately into internal systems
- Assisting with basic stock ordering as required
- Maintaining stationery supplies and ensuring the office is adequately stocked
- Monitoring and maintaining kitchen supplies
- Providing general administrative assistance across the office
- Supporting the wider team with day-to-day office requirements
- Maintaining an organised, qualified, and welcoming office environment
- Following workplace health and safety procedures
What you will need
- Previous administration or office experience
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and friendly phone manner
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise competing tasks
- Flexible attitude and willingness to assist across a variety of office duties
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attitude with a strong commitment to workplace standards
