This is a senior, hands-on delivery role responsible for ensuring the workforce is prepared, capable and ready to adopt new systems,processesand ways of working.

You will bring together organisational change, communications, stakeholder engagement, businessreadinessand adoption activities across the SAP delivery lifecycle.

- Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Solution Adoption workstream.

- Develop and execute the Change Management Strategy and OCM Plan.

- Integrate change activities with solution design, testing,deploymentand transition to BAU.
