A respected Australian construction industry company is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take ownership of a high-performing production facility and drive the next stage of its growth. You will lead production, warehousing, logistics and continuous improvement while building a culture centred around accountability, safety and operational excellence.
You will report to senior leadership and run day-to-day operations on the factory floor, coaching teams and removing roadblocks to
