This opportunity sits within a highly respected specialist insurer known for its expertise in commercial motor, heavy motor, fleet, transport, and logistics insurance. With a strong national presence and backing from a major insurance group, the business is recognised for its deep industry knowledge, robust claims capability, and long-standing broker relationships across Australia.

This is not your typical high-volume, transactional claims role – you'll be working across more complex motor portfolios where service, technical understanding, and stakeholder management really matter.

What's in it for you?

- $80,000-$85,000 + Super

- Adelaide CBD office (with WFH flexibility)

- Manage a portfolio of approx. 200-250 ongoing claims

Your Key Responsibilities:

/n

/n

- Manage end-to-end motor claims

/n

- Coordinate repairs and liaise with suppliers and assessors

/n

- Build and maintain robust relationships with a dedicated panel of brokers

/n

- Provide updates and guidance to stakeholders throughout the claims process

/n

- Ensure accurate documentation and compliant file management

/n

- Negotiate fair and commercially sound outcomes

/n

- Contribute to initiatives that improve efficiency and claims performance

/n/n

Who we're looking for:

/n

/n

- Experience in commercial motor, heavy motor, fleet, or well-developed domestic motor claims

/n

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

/n

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail

/n

- Confident using claims systems and Microsoft Office

/n

- Customer-focused with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset

/n

- Stable employment history and openness to developing within insurance

/n/n
