I’m currently speaking with experienced Sales Coordinators, Sales Administrators and Sales & Marketing Coordinators who are open to a new contract opportunity with an established business based in Ringwood.
This is a varied role supporting a busy commercial team, so it would suit someone who enjoys keeping things organised, working across multiple priorities and being the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks.
You’ll work closely with sales and account management teams, providing support across customer enquiries, sales administration, CRM, quotations, reporting and general coordination, with some exposure to marketing activity as well.
The role You’ll be involved in a broad range of activities including:
- Supporting sales and account management teams with day to day administration
- Coordinating customer enquiries and following up outstanding actions
- Assisting with quotes, proposals and tender documentation
- Maintaining accurate CRM and sales pipeline information
- Coordinating information between customers, suppliers and internal teams
- Preparing sales documentation and reports
- Supporting marketing activity, communications, events and campaigns
- Helping improve processes, templates and administrative workflows
- Managing multiple priorities while ensuring deadlines are met
About you
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in sales coordination, sales administration, commercial support or a similar role
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Confident communicating with customers and internal stakeholders
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Proactive and comfortable following up actions through to completion
- Able to manage competing priorities in a busy environment
- Ideally experienced within technology, AV, professional services or another B2B setting
The right person will be practical, commercially minded and happy to get involved across a variety of tasks rather than being restricted to one area.
