About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity for an experienced ER professional to join Azuhr's consulting team. The role carries a robust emphasis on Employee Relations expertise, and you will work across a broad portfolio of client organisations - providing virtual and on-site HR support, running workplace investigations, and advising on everything from day-to-day HR issues through to enterprise bargaining and HR strategy.

Azuhr operates a hybrid mode, with access to satellite offices in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth. This role would suit someone who enjoys client variety and wants to build a broad, senior generalist HR/ER practice, rather than sitting inside a single organisation.

In this role you will:

- Provide commercially focused HR and ER advice and support across a broad range of client organisations
- Lead and support workplace investigations, delivering clear, actionable and impartial reports
- Provide bargaining support to help clients achieve sustainable enterprise agreements
- Deliver HR audits, training and HR toolkits to help clients build their own policies and processes
- Draw on the strength of Kingston Reid's legal expertise to give clients confident, well-founded advice
- Be part of a growing, close-knit consulting team with genuine variety in your day-to-day work

Experience





We are looking for a strong Employee Relations generalist with substantial HR/ER experience and a genuine commercial lens. You are comfortable moving between strategic advice and hands-on delivery, and you bring credibility and confidence when working directly with senior stakeholders.

Above all, we are looking for someone who can:

- Build rapport and trust quickly across all levels of a business
- Manage multiple clients and competing priorities in a fast-paced consulting environment
- Provide pragmatic, actionable advice grounded in strong ER knowledge
- Work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture

Our ideal candidate has:

- Substantial HR/ER experience, with strong Employee Relations expertise
- Bachelor's degree in HR or another relevant discipline
- Outstanding communication skills
- Advanced problem-solving skills
- Ability to create and maintain strong rapport across people at all levels of business
- Availability for a hybrid working arrangement, with access to a satellite office in Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane or Perth
