Quarry Manager

- $200,000 + super

About Our Client

Our client operates a large-scale quarrying operation in Marulan, spanning approximately 650 hectares and producing up to 3.5 million tonnes of aggregates per year. Materials are transported via rail and road to customers across NSW.

What You Will Be Doing

- Lead and manage quarry operations across a 24/7 production environment
- Oversee operational performance, safety, environmental compliance, and production targets
- Lead and develop a team of 4 direct and 53 indirect reports
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Manage production requirements and ensure product quality
- Monitor operational performance and resources
- Work closely with the Operations Manager and key internal stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, standards, and site requirements

What You Will Need

- Current, valid and unrestricted Driver's Licence
- Current applicable State Quarry Manager Licence
- Strong leadership and operational management experience within quarrying
- Experience managing large teams and complex quarry operations
- Tertiary qualification in Mining, Civil Engineering, Geology, or a similar discipline is highly regarded
- Strong understanding of safety, environmental,
