- Lifestyle-friendly 2:2 roster across days and nights (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off).

The Role

Lead a mobile maintenance crew on the ground, keeping the shift safe, productive and running to plan.

- Lead and support underground mechanical crew across development & production activities.
- Allocate daily tasks, run pre-starts and toolbox talks, and keep work safe, efficient and on plan.
- Work on a range of Sandvik, CAT and Normet drills, loaders and ancillary equipment across a solid fleet
- Monitor production, ground conditions and equipment performance; liaise closely with supervisors and mine planners.
- Mentor tradespeople and maintain a strong safety-first culture.

Your Background

We're after an experienced underground leader who can run a safe maintenance crew from day one.

- Previous experience as a maintenance leading hand / supervisor in an underground hard rock
- Competent working on underground gear.
- Robust safety leadership and communication skills.
- Able to pass a full pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol test and national police check.
- Current manual driver's licence.
