City of Newcastle (CN) is offering a rewarding Traineeship within our Natural Areas Team, where you’ll gain valuable hands-on experience while completing a Certificate III in Conservation and Land Management.

- 38-hour working week with versatile work arrangements including an optional 9-day fortnight

What is next?

You will be required to attend 1 x group assessment centre for a 3-hour period between 21 Sep 2026 – 28 Sep 2026

If you are successful in progressing to the next stage of the recruitment process after the assessment centre: You will be required to complete a Pre-employment medical scheduled to take place week commencing 12 October 2026

Remuneration: From $55,118.76 + 17.5% annual leave loading, yearly payment + 12% Superannuation per annum for a 38-hour week
