About the Roles

Payroll Officer (two-month opportunity)

Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join a supportive and autonomous payroll team, assisting with fortnightly payroll processing for a high number of employees. You will be involved with processing timesheets, leave and adjustments and reviewing payroll system warnings. Experience with Employment Hero, Preceda or Chris21 is beneficial, along with strong payroll knowledge, initiative and excellent customer service abilities. This two-month temporary opportunity located within the Adelaide CBD is offered on a full-time or part-time basis (three-days per week minimum), and has the strong potential of extension.

- Process fortnightly payroll for approximately 650 employees
- Conduct pay query investigation and confidentially explain outcomes to employees across varying awards including SCHADS, Childcare, CPSA and EBA
- Liaise with entities to problem solve

Payroll Officer (three-month opportunity)

Our client is seeking a skilled Payroll Officer to join their team on a temporary three-month contract basis. Working four to five days per week in Eastwood,



you will be responsible for handling end-to-end payroll for pharmacies, small hospitals and aged care facilities. The ideal candidate will have experience using Dayforce/Preceda. The potential for permanency may be available for the right candidate.

Accounts Payable Officer (minimum three-month opportunity)

Our client is seeking an accounts payable professional with experience navigating finance systems and CRMs to join their medium sized organisation, located in Kilburn, on a temporary basis for a minimum of three-months. Working full-time, your role will involve entering accounts payable invoices, purchase order management and internal stakeholder liaison. Onsite training will be provided and excellence in business acumen, problem solving skills and strengths in the Microsoft suite and English grammar will be highly regarded.

- Previous experience within a respective payroll and accounts payable functions
- High level attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate initiative
- Strong communication skills
- Current National Police Clearance
