About Us:

Isabelle State School is located on Walker Road in Edmonton, just south of Cairns. The school opened on 29 January 2007 and has continued to grow. We now have approximately 500 eager learners from Prep to Year 6.

We provide supports which cater for the individual needs of all students. Our purpose is to provide opportunities for all students to achieve their potential. Our vision is the provision of quality educational services in a safe, supportive and inclusive environment.

- Build strong partnerships and community connections with parents, government agencies, community organisations, industry and business to support student and school outcomes.
- Provide effective strategic management by understanding and implementing relevant legislation and policies, and managing resources responsibly to achieve school goals.
