YOUR ROLE

As an Associate, you'll play an important role in supporting our Advice teams and helping create an exceptional experience for our clients.

In this role, you will:

· Support client onboarding, document preparation, and ongoing administration activities.

· Maintain accurate client records and data integrity across systems.

· Coordinate with product providers and undertake research to support Advice teams.

· Prepare documentation, reports, and meeting packs for client meetings.

· Respond to client enquiries and direct requests to the appropriate team members.

· Build strong relationships with colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team culture.

· Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience.

YOUR WINNING FORMULA

We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised, and excited to build a career in financial advice.



We will then provide you with structured progression into and through the Professional Year program to become a Financial Adviser.

· Completed a Bachelor's degree in Financial Planning, Finance, Business, Law, Economics, or a related discipline.

· In the process of completing or have completed a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning.

· Previous experience in a professional or financial services is highly regarded.

· Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced workplace.

· Collaborative approach with a genuine desire to support clients and teammates
