Your Day

- Turn a healthy flow of RFQs into sharp, accurate quotes

- Deliver the kind of responsive service that keeps a loyal client base loyal

- Build real relationships with clients, including some face-to-face meetings

What You Bring

- 5+ years in customer service,



sales or back-end sales support with mechanical solutions- think plumbing, pumping, pneumatics or hydraulics. If you have valves and controls, great, but this is not an engineering role.

- Confidence with quoting, parts and fast-moving product enquiries

- The aptitude to pick up mechanical and technical concepts quickly

- High levels of organisation and accuracy

- Excellent communication skills and a genuine team-player mentality

- A positive attitude and that X factor
