About The Role
The company is looking for a highly motivated Project Coordinator to join their growing Sydney team. The Project Coordinator’s role is to adhere to their values and ethics while supporting the Project Managers in delivering conferences that create the best and most suitable environment for the participants to connect and share knowledge, in keeping with the vision of each project.
The Project Coordinator’s three main areas of focus are a) Conference Logistics – venue and supplier liaison, b) Publications (primarily digital) – websites, apps, EDMs c) Speaker and Programme Management. Experience with EventsAir and/or B2B exhibition coordination is advantageous.
