About the Role
This is a full-time position working as part of our team to provide high-quality education and care for children aged 0–6 years.
Depending on your experience, qualification and strengths, you may work across different learning environments within the service.
Your role will include:
- Providing high-quality education and care in a safe, nurturing and engaging environment
- Developing genuine, positive relationships with children
- Building professional and respectful partnerships with families
- Supporting learning experiences and educational programs aligned with the EYLF
- Contributing to observations, documentation and planning
- Supporting children's individual learning, development and wellbeing
- Maintaining safe, organised and inviting learning environments
- Working collaboratively with your room team and the wider service
- Communicating clearly and professionally with families and colleagues
- Contributing to service compliance and continuous improvement
- Taking initiative and actively contributing to the day-to-day operation of your room

What You'll Need
- Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher
- Experience working within an Early Childhood Education setting
- Knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework appropriate to your role
- Current Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Full-time availability
- Full Australian working rights
Diploma-qualified educators and Early Childhood Teachers are highly encouraged to apply.
