This role is to be based out of our newly opened Perth office at 269 Great Eastern Highway in Belmont opened January 2025. Onsite Parking available

Position:
Please note that this position is for an experienced IT staff. We already employ trainee staff and will be looking to add more trainee staff at a later stage this year.

This position has been created due to continued growth and an increasing number of businesses choosing Emerge Office as their preferred IT partner.

At its core, this role is about delivering outstanding outcomes for our clients through technical support, project delivery and solution implementation. You'll work across a diverse range of SMB clients, primarily in the 2 to 25 seat market, building strong relationships while solving real business challenges.

We are flexible in shaping the role around the right candidate. Whilst robust Level 2 technical capability is essential, this role can evolve into operational, cyber, product or client-facing responsibilities depending on your goals and ambitions.

Requirements:
- Proven IT support experience for level 2 tasks, preferably in a service-based or client-facing role.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.
- A proactive and self-motivated attitude, with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects.
- Relevant certifications are advantageous but not essential.
