The Role
We are seeking a reliable and enthusiastic Demi Chef to join our busy bistro kitchen. Working alongside our Head Chef and kitchen team, you will assist with food preparation, cooking and service while maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, cleanliness and food safety.
This is a great opportunity for a motivated chef who wants to develop their skills and become part of a supportive, evolving kitchen team — with genuine scope to grow as the Club's food offering continues to develop.
What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting with food preparation, cooking and plating across a busy bistro service
- Working closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to deliver consistent, high-quality meals
- Maintaining high standards of presentation, cleanliness and food safety at all times
- Supporting a smooth,
well-organised kitchen during peak service periods
- Contributing ideas and enthusiasm as part of a collaborative, evolving kitchen team
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen
- The ability to work well under pressure during busy service periods
- A dependable, reliable team player with a robust work ethic
- A genuine interest in developing your skills and growing as a chef
- Availability for evenings and weekends is essential
