About the Role
We are seeking 3x Indirect Procurement Specialists for an initial 3-month contract to support a major business transition project. Following a recent business separation, we need hands-on specialists to help untangle indirect procurement processes from legacy systems and establish clean, standalone operational vendor setups.
Working through a clear checklist of transition items, you will focus on transferring supplier relationships, reviewing existing contracts, and establishing new agreements to ensure business continuity.
Ideal for an experienced Interim Manager.
Key Category Focus Areas
We are building a team to cover the following indirect categories:
- Qualified Services: Experience managing Legal and Insurance vendor agreements.
- Technology: Familiarity with IT software, hardware, and service contracts.
- Expense Management: Basic understanding of corporate travel tools and expense ecosystems.
What We're Looking For
- Solid background as an Indirect Procurement Specialist or Category Specialist.
- Practical experience untangling and transitioning vendor contracts during organizational shifts.
- Strong commercial background and negotiation skills and the ability to deliver in a short-term, fast-paced environment.
