(6:00am – 2:30pm coverage will be required when on call)

We’re currently seeking an experienced Allocator to join our close-knit team.

About the Role

This is a high volume allocations position.

Key Responsibilities

- - Allocate machinery and labour to job sites

- - Coordinate with customers, sub-contractors and our team

- - Enter job details and maintain accurate records

- - Resolve scheduling conflicts and keep projects on track

- - Ensure compliance,



safety & maintenance requirements are met

What we need from you

- Strong computer skills and experience using scheduling software

- Rapid and accurate data entry skills

- Excellent organisation and time management skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment

- High attention to detail with a proactive organised approach

- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Friendly, positive, and team-oriented attitude

- Have experience in an allocation or scheduling role (plant hire preferred)
