Senior Developer with System Administrator skills

Hourly rate: $100-120 Hour

Our Government client is seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions. This role combines hands-on development, solution architecture, technical leadership, and platform optimisation.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Service Cloud, Flows, and OmniStudio.
- Build and support integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Design complex automation using Salesforce Flow and determine when custom Apex development is required.
- Create digital experiences using OmniStudio tools, including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, Data Mappers, and FlexCards.
- Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and promote development best practices.
- Support DevOps processes, CI/CD deployments, platform maintenance, and performance optimisation.

Required experience:

- 5+ years in application design and development with a strong focus on Salesforce Flow and OmniStudio.




- 3+ years developing Salesforce solutions using Apex, SOQL, OmniScript, Visualforce, Reports, Dashboards, VS Code, and Data Loader.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external applications.
- 2+ years working with stakeholders, clients, or vendors across the full project lifecycle.
- 3+ years in Salesforce or related system administration.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
