We’re looking for a passionate Lead Educator to join our team at Busy Learners Early Education Centre.
������ Location: Inala
⏰ Hours: Monday–Friday | Up to 38 hours per week
������ Pay: From $41.05/hr + Super for qualified applicants

������ About the Role
As a Lead Educator, you’ll have the opportunity to lead your room with creativity and confidence, inspire your team and create meaningful learning experiences for children.

You will:

- Lead engaging curriculum planning and educational programs for children aged 0–5
- Mentor, guide and support your fellow educators
- Create safe, inclusive and inspiring learning environments
- Build genuine relationships with children and families
- Support high-quality practices and regulatory compliance

������ What We’re Looking For

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current Blue Card
- Strong knowledge of curriculum and educational programming
- Confidence to lead, mentor and inspire a team
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
