POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking an elegant, service-oriented permanent Part time Client Advisor to join our Sydney Flagship Boutique. As a Client Advisor, you will be an ambassador of Brunello Cucinelli - offering exceptional client experience, building lasting relationships and embodying the values and aesthetics of the brand. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, with a passion for luxury fashion, storytelling, and delivering personalized service

We are looking for a Part time team member (3 days per week) to work Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Engagement and Service Excellence

- Provide an exceptional in-store experience that reflects the Brunello Cucinelli ethos of humanistic luxury.

- Establish genuine, long-term relationships with clients, offering personalized styling and wardrobe consultations.

- Serve both local and international clientele, with cultural sensitivity and fluency.

- Facilitate exclusive experiences such as private appointments, wardrobe reviews, and previews of new collections.

Sales and Product Knowledge

- Meet and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and KPIs through client-focused selling techniques.





- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the brand’s history, philosophy, craftsmanship, and seasonal collections.

- Maintain strong awareness of luxury retail trends and client preferences to tailor recommendations.

Team Collaboration and Store Operations

- Collaborate closely with fellow Client Advisors and Boutique Management to support daily operations.

- Assist with inventory management, visual merchandising, and boutique upkeep to uphold brand standards.

- Support events and trunk shows as a key touchpoint for relationship building and client loyalty.

Brand Representation

- Represent the Brunello Cucinelli brand with authenticity, elegance, and professionalism in all client interactions.

- Uphold and communicate the brand’s values of craftsmanship, sustainability, and refined luxury.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILL

- Previous experience in luxury retail, preferably with women’s and men’s luxury fashion apparel experience.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create meaningful client relationships.

- A deep appreciation for craftsmanship, sustainability, and Italian luxury, with a passion for the Brunello Cucinelli brand.

- Detail-oriented, with excellent presentation, styling, and storytelling abilities.
