With a multi-billion dollar investment into its digital platforms and a rapidly expanding global presence, the business is widely regarded as Australia's market leader in AI. They are not bolting AI onto existing systems. They are architecting it from scratch, building the foundational platforms, developer tooling, and intelligent infrastructure that will define how AI operates at enterprise scale for the next decade.
We are looking for Engineering Managers who want to be at the heart of decisions, building the roadmap, not following someone else's blueprint. You'll own the engineering direction of AI-enabled platforms being built from the ground up, shaping system design,
agentic AI patterns and headless core architecture.
This is a rare chance to work on something that doesn't have a precedent. What we are building here will fundamentally change how engineers work, how AI operates at scale, and how an organisation of this size makes technology decisions that ripple across millions of users.
