Your Role: Technical Expertise & Customer Focus

As a Service Technician Plumber for Culligan, you will perform installations, services, repairs, and maintenance on filtered boiling and chilled water systems.

- Perform installations, repairs, servicing, and maintenance of filtered boiling and chilled water systems.

- Use service manuals and computerised diagnostics for effective troubleshooting and fault finding.

- Conduct diagnostics, complete assessments for customers, and resolve issues efficiently.

- Liaise with Customer Care Coordinators to ensure seamless job completion and follow-up.

- Provide exceptional customer service to every client.

What We're Looking For (Your Skills)

Qualified Plumber with full trade qualifications.

- Proven experience as a Field Service Technician, including installations, repairs, servicing, and maintenance (e.g., water, coffee, appliances).

- Valid driver's license.

- Demonstrated ability in fault finding and diagnostics—or a genuine willingness to learn!

- An enthusiastic team player dedicated to delivering exceptional customer service.
