What does the job look like?
Looking for flexibility without committing to a fixed roster? Our Casual Linehaul Driver opportunities allow you to work around your lifestyle, whether that's one trip a week, several trips a month, or something in between.
Based out of Hazelmere, you'll operate triple road train combinations transporting mining freight to customer sites throughout the WA Pilbara region. With trailers generally loaded and restrained at either end, this is a quick hitch operation that allows drivers to focus on safe and efficient transport.
Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating a strong commitment to Linfox Safety Standards
- Following Linfox coupling and uncoupling procedures
- Managing fatigue in line with WA fatigue management requirements
- Ensuring loads are transported safely and compliantly
- Delivering exceptional customer service and professionalism
Are you the one?
We're looking for experienced MC drivers who value flexibility and can demonstrate:
- Current MC licence and experience operating triple road train combinations
- Experience securing and transporting mining freight
- Sound understanding of Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and road transport legislation
- A proactive approach with a positive attitude
- A strong history of safe work practices
- Effective communication and customer service skills
