Learn While You Work
As a trainee, you will receive comprehensive on-the-job training and support while completing your qualification through TAFE.
We provide:
- 38-hour working week
- RDO once a month
- 3 hours off the floor each week to complete self-paced study modules on site
- One-on-one mentoring and support from our Educational Leader
- Practical, hands-on learning within our early childhood environment
- A supportive team who are invested in your success

We are committed to embedding a strong culture of child safety across our service. Our trainee must demonstrate a genuine commitment to zero tolerance of harm or risk of harm to children and understand their obligation to report any concerns regarding harm or risk of harm.
As an educator, you will play a vital role in promoting the safety, wellbeing and empowerment of children, working alongside our dedicated and supportive team.

We are looking for someone who is:

- Willing to undertake a TAFE qualification
- Committed to child safety, wellbeing and protection
- Keen to develop their skills and grow within the early childhood profession
No previous experience is required — what matters most is your attitude, willingness to learn and passion for working with children.
