You must be/have
- Current accreditation with the Association of Consultants in Access Australia (ACAA)
- Demonstrated experience as an Access Consultant within the built environment sector
- Strong knowledge of the NCC, Australian Standards (including AS 1428 series) and accessibility legislation
- Experience preparing access reports, technical advice and performance-based solutions
- Proficient with practical templates, frameworks and quality systems
- Comfortable mentoring and upskilling colleagues in access methodology and reporting
- A detail oriented and attentive person that takes pride in their work
- Have a stable career history
- Have an openness and willingness to learn and better yourself as you go
- Driven, energetic, and self-motivated to succeed in whatever the role throws at you
- Be a team player and have a friendly, collaborative and well-natured approach to how you communicate with fellow teammates and clients alike
