We’re looking for an enthusiastic Priceline Retail Manager to join our team and lead our store with energy, positivity and purpose.
About You
Previous experience working within Priceline is essential.
To be considered for this position, you will have:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Retail Manager or Assistant Manager within Priceline, whether in a Priceline Pharmacy or Priceline Corporate store
- A strong understanding of the Priceline brand, customer experience and retail environment
- Proven experience leading, coaching and developing a retail team
- A confident, positive and approachable leadership style
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Solid communication, organisational and people skills
- The ability to motivate a team and lead by example
- A proactive, hands-on approach and a positive attitude
The Role
As Retail Manager, you’ll play an important role in leading our store and creating an environment where our customers and team feel welcome, valued and supported.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading, motivating and developing our team
- Creating an exceptional customer experience
- Driving sales and achieving store targets
- Maintaining high standards of store presentation and operations
- Coaching team members and helping them reach their potential
- Building a positive, energetic and enjoyable team culture
- Ensuring the store runs smoothly and effectively
