We are a BUSY, PUMPING business and we’re looking for TWO energetic casual team members to jump in and become part of it!

This is NOT a job where you stand behind the counter waiting for someone to tell you what to do.

Our stores are busy. The phones ring. Customers walk in. Water tests pile up. Stock arrives. Things need doing.

We love it that way!

We’re looking for people who thrive when it’s busy, enjoy talking to customers and aren't afraid to get stuck in.

? WE WANT YOU TO TREAT THE SHOP LIKE IT’S YOUR OWN!

That’s a big one for us.

We want someone who walks in and thinks:

“What needs doing?” — not “What am I supposed to do?”

See a customer? Welcome them.
See stock that needs filling? Fill it.
See something that needs cleaning? Clean it.
See a problem? Help solve it.
Have a great idea? Tell us!

We want people who take pride and ownership in the store.

? WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Don't know anything about pools? That's okay – we'll teach you!

Your role will include:

- Testing pool & spa water

- Learning water chemistry and recommending treatments

- Helping customers solve their pool problems

- Retail sales & customer service

- Answering phones

- Receiving stock, filling shelves & merchandising

- Keeping the store clean, organised and looking great

- Learning about pumps, filters, chlorinators, cleaners & pool equipment

- Jumping in wherever you're needed

Some days are steady.

Some days are GO, GO, GO!





We need people who enjoy both.

You don't need pool industry experience.

We can teach you pools. We can't teach you personality, work ethic or initiative.

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Bubbly, friendly and confident

- Great with customers

- Reliable and switched on

- Happy to learn

- Comfortable in a quick-paced environment

- Not afraid of hard work

- Able to work without being micromanaged

- Someone who takes pride in doing a job properly

- Someone who can have a laugh while still getting the work done

? WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST!

This is a CASUAL POSITION and weekend work is a requirement of the role.

Our weekends can be some of our busiest times – so we need people who are ready to bring the energy!

There will also be opportunities for weekday shifts, particularly during our busy periods.
